Complete with 5.3m3 capacity aggregate storage bin with central divider - 2.6 and 2.7m3 respectively, 1,500kg capacity cement bin mounted on 3 shear beam load cells, two 450 litre (900 litres total) capacity water tanks, 15 litres per minute 100 bar high pressure washdown system with 10m hose, two lances and gun, single 27 litre admixture tank, 200 litre hydraulic oil tank and cooler, centralised greasing system, two independent conveyor belts (one for each side of bin) feeding into 650 litre single shaft mixer with 0.4m3 wet concrete output, all mounted on 4 shear beam load cells, 2x1 metre extension chutes, foldable ladder for inspection. Sand and cement bins are fitted with external vibrators. Controlled via 12" colour LCD display with printer for batch records. Complete unit powered via 45kW 3-Phase electric motor.
